Give and Support

As followers of Christ, we recognize that all we possess is a gift from God and ultimately belongs to Him (Psalm 24:1). Consequently, we strive to dedicate every aspect of our lives to His service.

The New Testament identifies giving as one of the five core avenues of worship to be observed on the first day of the week. God has designated both the specific time (every Sunday) and the setting (when the church is assembled together) for this act of returning a portion of our blessings to Him (1 Cor. 16:1-2).

Gathering for worship provides us with the privilege and responsibility to set aside financial resources for the Lord's work through the local congregation. These contributions support the church in spreading the good news about Jesus, fortify the body of believers, and provide essential aid to brethren in need, outreach to our communities.

Scripture encourages every Christian to "purpose" in their heart beforehand how much they will joyfully give (2 Cor. 9:7). This weekly commitment involves making the necessary preparations—whether through cash, or electronic methods—to be ready on the Lord's Day.

When you join the church of Christ Finland on Sunday, a collection is taken from the membership (1 Corinthians 16:1-2). If you prefer to contribute electronically, please use the following details:
